Paresh is the Founder of Suvidhaa Infoserve, India’s largest & fastest growing S-Commerce® company engaged in digital distribution of customer-centric services and payments. Paresh founded Suvidhaa in 2007 and raised an angel investment from Mr Shapoorji Pallonji Mistry, Chairperson of one of India’s largest construction conglomerate. Paresh led from the front in successfully build the company as CEO for first 5 years and securing 3 Series of funding for Suvidhaa from globally acclaimed investors viz., Norwest Venture Partners (NVP), Reliance Capital (ADA Group), IFC, the World Bank Group and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Suvidhaa today has a footprint of over 65,000 small retail touch points across 2800+ towns in India and services over 15mn unique customers. Suvidhaa was ranked by Red Herring Inc., amongst Asia’s Top 100 Start-ups in 2009 & nominated for Global 200 Start-ups in 2010 and more recently, as per The Brand Trust Report – India Study 2013, Suvidhaa has been acknowledged & recognized as the “Most Trusted Retail Services Brand”. He was elevated as Chairman last year and leads Suvidhaa’s innovative & strategic initiatives envisioning the Company’s growth path.

Prior to starting Suvidhaa, Paresh founded Forbes Infotainment Limited and as CEO of Forbes Infotainment, Paresh launched “DhanDhanaDhan” Online lottery, a brand that achieved Rs.3000 mn turnover in its inaugural years. He successfully exited from the business and sold the venture to Shapoorji Pallonji Group.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Paresh began with his own Firm in 1991 & later became an Advisor to several State Govts., for online lotteries. Paresh then joined the Board of Turbo Technologies & as an exclusive IT Consultant to Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industries promoted IT Projects in France & other European Countries. Paresh pioneered his small ventures like and in initial career.

Paresh has received several Indian & International Awards & accolades. The “Best Business Achiever (SME) Award 2009” by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Girnar Award (2007), the SKOCH Awards for Digital Inclusion in 2010 & Financial Inclusion in 2011, to name a few. Acknowledging Paresh’s vision of an inclusive growth & livelihood promotion of rural & urban poor, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) honoured Paresh with its “Inclusive Business Leader” Award in 2011 and in October 2012 featured him as “Inclusive Business Pioneer” in its Report “Being the Change: Inspiring the Next Generation of Inclusive Business Entrepreneurs impacting the Base of the Pyramid”.

Paresh is a member of several Committees of various Industry Bodies & Institutions like FICCI, IAMAI & ICAI; has addressed several prestigious Government & Industry Forums worldwide and the IFC’s Inclusive Business Leaders Forum at Washington, USA (2011) & Tokyo (2012), the GSMA NFC Mobile Money Summit at Milan (2012 & Oct 2013), the Money2020 Conference in Las Vegas are but to name a few.

Haresh was the founding member at Reliance Venture Asset Management Ltd., the corporate venture capital arm of the Reliance Group. He is a recipient of the 2012 Rashtriya Sanman Award. Haresh has considerable experience in early identification and spotting of high growth potential opportunities across varied sectors. He managed and represented Reliance Venture's investment in multiple portfolio companies both in India and globally. He serves on the Board of Suvidhaa Infoserve as the Managing Director & CEO and has been actively involved in guiding them to expand their business multifold. He also was involved with the first investment of RVAM in the cleantech sector through its investment into All Green Energy. He also served on the Board of AllGreen Energy India, Pelago Inc (acquired by Groupon), Stoke Inc and Scalable Display Technologies.

He has over 18 years of operating experience. His prior work experience includes Tata Teleservices Limited, where he led the turnaround of the post paid mobile business and grew the subscriber base multi-fold to a multi-million dollar business with over a million customers. He is also credited with launching India’s first Push-To-Talk service in collaboration with Qualcomm. As product head, he led the enterprise vertical mobility business and successfully launched several mobility solutions.

He earlier served with Zip Telecom limited, where he led the launch and marketing initiatives of 'Zipfones' - India's first private sector payphone service and helped grow the base to over 22,000 outlets. Zip Telecom was later acquired by the Tata group. Earlier to this, as Head Marketing of Associated Breweries, a United Breweries Group company had him spearheading the launch of San Miguel beer, India's first international beer brand, which also led to the creation of the premium beer segment. Earlier in his career, he was part of the brand and marketing team at Arvind Mills and launched 'Ruf n Tuf' – the world's first branded ready-to-stitch jeans pack.

Haresh is an alumnus from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from University of Madras. He served as President of AIESEC, the world's largest students' organization and currently is involved as an alumni member.


NVP India

Niren brings to NVP India 16 years of operational, finance, investment banking and entrepreneurial experience from leading consumer oriented companies and global financial institutions. Niren serves as an advisor on India-based investments across a wide range of sectors and across various stages – from early and mid-stage venture to growth equity. Niren advised Norwest Venture Partners' investments in,, Komli Media, Pepperfry, Quikr, Ratnakar Bank, Shriram City Union Finance and Suvidhaa. Prior to joining NVP India, Niren was the Senior Director of Strategy and Ventures at eBay Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY) in California, where he helped drive the worldwide strategy across eBay’s Global Marketplaces. Niren was also part of the Marketplaces Ventures leadership team, where he was responsible for considering new business opportunities, acquisitions and potential investments across the Global Marketplaces. The Marketplaces business unit is eBay’s largest business unit and conducts gross merchandise volume of more than $50 billion annually.

Prior to this role, Niren served as Director of eBay Inc.’s New Ventures business unit with responsibility for the Americas. The New Ventures group was responsible for several investments and acquisitions such as Craigslist, Skype,,, and also incubated (eBay’s global classifieds business). Previously, Niren was a part of the original management team of based in Mumbai, India. Baazee was India’s largest shopping website and raised more than $21 million of venture capital from investors such as News Corp. and ICICI Ventures. Niren joined Baazee in 2000 and was instrumental in taking the company through its entire lifecycle, from nurturing the business to a successful strategic sale to eBay. During his tenure, Niren served as CFO and Director of Operations, where he seeded and significantly grew Baazee’s B2B and Payments businesses. He also led several customer-centric areas such as product management, user experience and customer service.

Post Baazee’s sale to eBay, Niren successfully led Baazee’s integration and platform migration into eBay. Before joining Baazee, Niren was part of the early team at KPMG India’s Corporate Finance arm, where he was responsible for managing M&A transactions in the Technology, Media and Telecom verticals. Earlier in his career, Niren was a registered equity trader with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), where his responsibilities included equity dealing, market making and institutional deals on the BSE trading floor.

Niren obtained his masters in commerce from University of Mumbai where he was the recipient of the "University of Mumbai Gold Medal" and the "M.A. Master Gold Medal" for standing first across the University of Mumbai. Niren is also a rank-holder Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Niren graduated from Sydenham College and was the recipient of the United Bank of India scholarship as part of the Bachelors program.

Kshitij represents Reliance Capital Ltd on the board of Suvidhaa Infoserve

He also serves on the Board of AllGreen Energy India, Bangalore and E- Band Communication Corporation (EBCC) and is a Board Observer on Sequans Communication, Paris, a company providing semiconductors for 4G application.

He executed transaction for Stoke Incorporated, a multi access convergence device company based in Santa Clara where the co-investors were KPCB, Sequoia and Pilot House.

Keitaro graduated from Keio University in the year 1992 where he did his major in Sociology. He joined Mitsui in 1992 and has served in various divisions like Plant and Project in Middle & East and Africa Sec, Machinery Department, IT Solution, Mobile and Internet, Internet Business, Mobile Internet and Media. He also served for Nihon Unisys Ltd. in the Corporate Planning Division in the year 2005. Keitori has further lead to be the President and CEO of Bussan Networks in the year 2007 and has been the CEO of A10 Networks , K.K in the year 2009. Presently he has been as a Board member of Suvidhaa to represent Mitsui & Co., ltd.
